Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all in-room dining calls.
• Accurately take and input orders in the POS system, upselling when appropriate.
• Communicate special guest requests, allergies, and dietary needs.
• Coordinate order timing and delivery with service staff.
• Maintain knowledge of current menus, promotions, and special offerings.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support other Food & Beverage operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotels or upscale dining environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and personalized guest service.
