Painter Position Available at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Hotel in Qatar

This full-time, permanent role is crucial for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the resort through various painting and decoration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute all painting and decoration works, including varnishing.
- Perform minor wallpaper repairs and touch-ups on painted surfaces.
- Patch and paint both interior and exterior surfaces, and manage caulking and grouting.
- Repair and refinish woodwork as needed.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for painting tasks in the waterpark.
- Maintain tools and supplies, ensuring readiness for emergency repairs.
- Keep accurate logs of maintenance work and manage inventory effectively.
Qualifications
- Secondary/high school education with relevant trade qualifications.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
