The new visa allows travelers to make several trips to the UAE without the need for a guarantor or a local host, a change that is set to simplify the travel experience for many.
This initiative reflects the UAE’s commitment to strengthening ties with Pakistan and facilitating easier movement for its citizens.
Ambassador Al Zaabi highlighted that the previous visa issues have now been resolved, inviting Governor Tessori to visit the visa center at the Karachi consulate to witness the efforts firsthand.
This development comes at a time when the UAE has been increasing scrutiny of arrivals from Pakistan, primarily due to concerns related to crime and unlawful activities.
Despite these concerns, UAE officials have clarified that there are no restrictions on work visas for Pakistanis and there is no outright ban on visa issuance.
However, they have implemented stricter regulations, particularly focusing on the behavior of some Pakistani travelers on social media platforms.
This new visa opportunity not only enhances travel options for Pakistanis but also aims to foster goodwill between the two nations, making it an exciting time for those looking to explore the UAE.
