How to Check Accident History Instantly with the New Metrash App in Qatar

The newly launched Metrash app is set to replace the discontinued Metrash2 app, offering residents and citizens a convenient way to access various services from the Ministry of Interior.
One of the key features of this app is the ability to view the accident history of your registered vehicle.
Log in to the Metrash App: Open the app and sign in to your account.
Navigate to the Enquiry Section: Scroll down the homepage until you find the “Enquiry” section.
Select Service Type: Choose “Vehicles” from the options available.
Choose Your Vehicle: A list of your registered vehicles will appear. Select the one you want to inquire about.
View Accident Details: The app will display details of your vehicle, including the number of minor (Simple) and major (Complex) accidents it has been involved in.
As of April 7, 2025, users can only view the accident history for their own vehicles.
Checking others’ accident histories using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or chassis number is not currently available. Updates will be provided once this feature is introduced.
