Dubai’s New Variable Parking Fees: Key Details on Tariffs, Subscriptions, and Peak Hours
Dubai has implemented new variable parking fees aimed at optimizing its parking system. Effective from April 4, 2025, the updated tariffs reflect changing demand across different zones in the city.
Parking Zones and Tariffs:
Paid public parking is categorized into four zones: A, B, C, and D, with premium areas designated as AP, BP, CP, and DP. During peak hours—8 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 8 PM—premium parking spots will cost AED 6 per hour.

Subscription Options:
Residents can choose from two types of subscriptions:
- Plots Only: Access to designated parking in zones B and D.
- 1 month: AED 250
- 3 months: AED 700
- 6 months: AED 1,300
- 12 months: AED 2,400
- Roadside Parking and Plots: Access to zones A, B, C, and D.
- 1 month: AED 500
- 3 months: AED 1,400
- 6 months: AED 2,500
- 12 months: AED 4,500
Important Notes:
- Up to three vehicles can be added to a subscription under the same account, but only one may be active at a time.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, and modifications to vehicle details incur a fee of AED 100.
