Net Worth: $3.9 Billion

Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani previously served in diplomatic roles such as Prime Minister of Qatar from 2007 to 2013 and as Foreign Minister from 1992 to 2013.
He currently owns 3% of Deutsche Bank through an entity called Paramount Services Holdings.
