Bangladeshi Man Arrested in Makkah for Killing Wife on Eid al-Fitr
Authorities in Makkah have apprehended a Bangladeshi expatriate following a horrific attack that resulted in the deaths of his wife and another woman.
The attack involved a sharp object and acid, leaving several others injured before the suspect attempted suicide.

The incident unfolded when the suspect confronted his wife as she exited a bus from a maintenance company.
Reports suggest that a family dispute triggered the violent confrontation, during which the man employed both a bladed weapon and a corrosive substance.
His wife was pronounced dead at the scene. Another woman also succumbed to her injuries. Several individuals sustained injuries during the attack.
The suspect attempted to take his own life by pouring acid on himself but was prevented from doing so and taken into custody.
Police Investigation Underway
Saudi authorities have stated that legal proceedings are ongoing. The suspect remains in custody as investigations aim to reveal more details regarding the crime and its underlying motives.
