Key Responsibilities
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to guests
- Greet guests appropriately upon arrival and escort them to the lobby
- Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and ensure timely delivery of cars upon request
- Control all guest car keys and forward any guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty
- Ensure a smooth handover between duty shifts and maintain a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- Vocational training in hospitality with preferable previous experience in the Concierge Department within a hotel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
- Computer knowledge and additional language skills are an advantage
