Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance & Repair:
    • Install, inspect, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration units, including chillers and split ACs.
    • Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on HVAC systems.
    • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
  2. Troubleshooting & Emergency Response:
    • Respond promptly to guest complaints and maintenance requests.
    • Identify root causes of system failures and implement timely solutions.
  3. Energy Efficiency & Compliance:
    • Monitor system performance and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
  4. Collaboration & Safety:
    • Work closely with other engineering team members.
    • Follow safety procedures and train junior technicians on maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
