Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional food and beverage service according to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat customers, ensuring a personalized dining experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards and maintain service equipment.
• Prepare for service, ensuring minimal wastage and breakage.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
