This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional food and beverage service according to hotel standards.
- Greet and seat customers, ensuring a personalized dining experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards and maintain service equipment.
- Prepare for service, ensuring minimal wastage and breakage.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
