Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of technical tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep all hotel systems in optimal condition
- Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate projects and share knowledge
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic being an asset
