Hilton is seeking an experienced AC & Refrigeration Technician to join their team in Curio Doha Aleph Residence, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
As an AC & Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an AC & Refrigeration Technician or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid certification or license in AC maintenance and repair (an advantage)
