Sharjah City Municipality Extends Paid Parking Hours for Ramadan
Sharjah City Municipality has announced extended paid public parking hours for Ramadan, with fees applicable daily from 8 AM until midnight.
To facilitate worshippers, free parking will be available in areas surrounding mosques for one hour after each call to prayer (Adaan).

This initiative aims to ease the search for convenient parking and promote smoother traffic flow during prayer times. The Public Parking Department will deploy inspection teams to ensure compliance with parking fees and prevent misuse of spaces.
Additionally, the municipality has updated its service center operational hours, which are available in both Arabic and English on social media.
Neighborhood parks will be open from 4 PM to midnight, while Al Seyouh Family Park, Al Seyouh Ladies Park, Sharjah National Park, and Al Rolla Park will remain open until 1 AM.

In preparation for Ramadan, the municipality has stationed 380 inspectors to monitor food establishments, ensure compliance, and address violations. Permits are also being issued for businesses planning special Ramadan activities.
