How to Cancel a Hajj Reservation

To process refunds, pilgrims must cancel their reservations via the official website or the Nusuk app prior to issuing the refund.

The Ministry emphasizes that priority for Hajj 2025 registration is given to those who have not previously performed Hajj, with exceptions for individuals accompanying eligible pilgrims.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid Residency Documents: National ID or residency permit must be valid until at least the 10th of Dhul Hijjah.
  • Accurate Information: Incorrect details in the application will lead to rejection.
  • Good Health: Pilgrims must not have acute, contagious, or chronic diseases and must complete meningitis and seasonal flu vaccinations.
