About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests.
From cleaning rooms to providing excellent guest service, your efforts will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high operating standards in all areas of housekeeping as per hotel brand guidelines.
- Cleaning guestrooms during stays and post-departure.
- Making beds, replacing dirty linens, and restocking room amenities.
- Removing garbage and room service trays.
- Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Respecting guest privacy, including adhering to “Do Not Disturb” signs.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a 4-5-star hotel.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of the safe use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
