About the Role
As a Doorperson, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assisting with luggage and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Providing information about the hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
- Coordinating transportation services and valet parking as needed.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
