Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and in-house calls.
  • Taking written messages for hotel guests and managing voicemail.
  • Managing wake-up call requests.
  • Handling guest requests related to DND, privately registered guests, and function room telephones.
  • Providing general hotel information and utilizing speed dial extensions.
  • Handling security issues such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and maintaining guest/staff confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Effective communication skills with employees and guests.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, including night shifts.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
