Al-Futtaim Group is Hiring an Assistant Store Manager for ACE in Qatar
Doha, Qatar – Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their Retail ACE team in Doha.
This role, posted on February 4, 2025, requires an individual to support the store manager in the daily operations of the store, oversee staff, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and stepping in for the store manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high levels of customer service.
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations.
- Managing the store in the absence of the line manager, including opening and closing duties.
- Managing a large team.
- Overseeing ticketing and pricing in accordance with company policy.
- Training new employees on Point of Sale (POS) operations.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and training employees.
- Supervising the receiving of deliveries and ensuring accurate processes.
- Managing in-store administration procedures related to cash handling.
- Participating in events to drive sales and improve business operations, such as stock takes, new store openings, and promotional activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of hardware and electronics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a retail environment or supervisory role in a service industry.
