Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and complete guest repair requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, maintaining a well-organized and functional workspace.
• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including surface preparation, painting, drywall repair, and wood trim maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing and electrical issues in guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain positive working relationships.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in general maintenance, interior and exterior surface preparation, and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License.
