Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Conduct inspections and minor repairs, including mattress flipping, vacuuming, and light fixture replacements.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to property standards and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
