1. Outstanding Teachers and Educators

Educators in Dubai’s private schools and universities can now apply for the Golden Visa, introduced by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

This visa is aimed at teachers who have significantly contributed to the education sector.

Eligible candidates must meet specific criteria regarding their academic achievements and contributions to educational standards. The Golden Visa allows for a renewable 10-year residency and the ability to sponsor family members.

2. Dubai Gaming Visa

To bolster its growing e-sports industry, Dubai has launched the “Dubai Gaming Visa” as part of the Dubai Programme for Gaming 2033 (DPG33). This 10-year residency option is available for professionals in the gaming sector.

Applicants must secure an accreditation certificate from Dubai Culture and be at least 25 years old. This initiative positions Dubai as a global hub for gaming and e-sports.

3. Golden Visa for Luxury Yacht Owners

Luxury yacht owners in Abu Dhabi can now qualify for a 10-year Golden Visa through the ‘Abu Dhabi Golden Quay’ initiative.

This program, launched by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, targets high-net-worth individuals who own yachts measuring 40 meters or longer.

It also includes key executives in the yachting industry and their family members.
