Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints regarding HVAC systems.
- Maintain HVAC tools and refrigeration test equipment in good condition.
- Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and utilities in emergencies.
- Follow job instructions from the Shift Engineer and report any serious maintenance or safety issues.
- Understand control principles of HVAC systems and conduct regular tests, repairs, and calibrations.
- Verify and adjust building area temperatures, documenting changes on the Duty log sheet.
- Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved protocols.
- Complete major and minor services on A/C and refrigeration equipment, returning job sheets to the Engineering Office.
- Investigate assigned jobs thoroughly to minimize unnecessary waste of AC supplies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AC conditioning, refrigeration, pipe fitting, and HVAC systems.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Male candidates preferred.
