Ezdan Holding is looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join their team in Doha. This role is essential for providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus.
- Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
- Suggest food and beverages and upsell when possible.
- Take food and beverage orders using order pads or a handheld POS system.
- Process payments and issue receipts.

- Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Serve food and beverages according to the order.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Prepare mixed drinks for service at the table.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of basic HACCP and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with MICROS POS systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Male candidates preferred for this position.
