Job Details:
- Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival, ensuring a smooth transition into the hotel.
- Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage, providing a seamless and efficient service while maintaining discretion and attention to detail.
- Guest Orientation: Provide guests with essential information about the hotel’s facilities and services, as well as local attractions, making their stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
- Transportation Coordination: Assist with arranging transportation for guests, including taxis, private cars, and shuttle services, ensuring that all travel arrangements are executed smoothly.
- Valet Service: Support valet parking operations, helping guests with vehicle arrangements and ensuring a seamless process.
- Room Delivery: Ensure that luggage and special requests are delivered to rooms promptly and with care.
- Safety & Security: Monitor the entrance and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
