Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixture of heating, drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, cement, plastic solvent.
Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure and locate leaks.
Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and to establish the sequence of pipe installations and to plan installation.
Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage, fixture instructions, using measuring instruments such as rulers and measuring tape.
Measure, cut, thread and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power machines such as pipe cutters, pipe threading machines and pipe-bender.
Install pipe assembles, fitting, valves, appliances such as dishwasher, heaters and fixtures such sinks and toilets, using hand and power tools.
Knowledge of materials, methods and involved in the construction or repair of houses, building of other structures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work under pressure with less supervision.
Skills:
Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing work.
