Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and goods to customers on time, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, verifying order accuracy before and after delivery.
- Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers for updates and instructions.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
- Collect payments or signatures upon delivery as required.
- Report any delivery issues or incidents to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to use GPS and map applications to navigate efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Ability to lift and carry packages as needed.
