JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Welcome the guests and provide the baggage service on check in and departure of the guests as well as maintenance of the lobby area and external areas.
- Park guests’ & visitors cars in accordance with the policies & procedures.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors or Management that may be deemed necessary as part of guest services in the both properties interest.
- Maintain cleanliness of the driveway and ensure cars are parked in an orderly manner at all times and that driveway is kept clear at all times.
- Be aware of the location of the hotel and its environment and be able to direct the guest to and from the hotel.
- Listen to the guests at all times, strive to respond as quickly as possible to all requests made by guests.
- Assist guests with transportation requests & taxis.
Skills:
- Vocational qualification in food & beverage and/or any initial training, as long as the person is highly motivated by the sector and that his/her level of commitment and skills have been validated.
- Drivers license.
