Waiter- Beach Club
The Waiter is responsible for representing the beach club / Pool and Beach and provides high levels of customer service to all diners to ensure they have a memorable experience and return again

What you will be doing:
- Prompt, and courteous greeting of customers
- Take orders and deliver food to customers on the table in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations
- Follow the sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines
- Have complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers
- Ensure food quality and consistency are delivered at all times
- Manage the setup and close down of tables within the section
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and refilling of condiment sets and napkin containers
- Coordinating with the cashier to handle accurately order invoices and tips
- Keeps all workstations and equipment as clean as possible at all times
- Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced beach club
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
- Cooperative and self-giving team player.
Rixos Qetaifan Island North
Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark.
