  • Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills
  • Ability to operate Photocopier, Fax Machine and handle calls.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Assist in general office duties, achieving timely and proper distribution of mails/documents as directed to ensure smooth day to day functioning of Group Legal office.
  • Replenishment of office and pantry supplies, photocopying, scanning, filing and other related duties.
  • Collect stationary supplies and distributes them to concerned staff as advised be the line manager.
  • Maintain a register of files that have been requested by staff and attempt to retrieve them within stipulated time period, in order to maintain up-to-date records.

  • Handle all incoming postal correspondence and distributes them to concerned personnel.
  • Assist in the logistics, sorting and distribution of documents as and when required.
  • Support office staff as and when required with collection and delivering of files, documents etc., within the various departments ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensure operational reliability of the mail support and assist in the distribution of mail and parcels, updating/filing documents relevant to maintain records.

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests, undertake all other kitchen duties as directed by the line manager.
  • Ensure general cleanliness of the office and manage the pantries and pantry items.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

About the role:

Performs a combination of duties that includes distribution of clerical supplies, sorting out and distribution of office correspondence, receive and sorting out stationary, delivering oral or written messages, maintaining/filing records, shredding documents, making photocopies and loading and unloading goods at work premises and QR appointed warehouses. Assists office personnel in the department with kitchen duties and other domestic and hygiene assistance as and when required.
