Job Responsibilities
As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and staging merchandise by department and ensuring proper placement within the facility.
- Completing requisition forms for inventory and supplies, while notifying supervisors of low stock levels promptly.
- Inspecting deliveries for quality and freshness, and adhering to food safety policies.
- Organizing and sanitizing refrigerators, freezers, and food equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- No prior related work experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.
