Job Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Order Taker, you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to work on time, dressed in the proper uniform and nametag.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Informing guests about hotel services and promotions as requested.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and wine list.
- Taking accurate guest orders and honoring special requests.
- Processing pre-ordered meals and upselling orders.
- Entering guest orders into the Micros POS system.
- Communicating incoming orders effectively to servers.
- Tracking all orders and maintaining an accurate balance of your bank.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (fluent in English).
- A responsible and reliable attitude.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork skills; previous food and beverage experience is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with Micros POS is beneficial, though training will be provided.
