Responsibilities
- Maintain high degree of service and efficiency in laundry operations
- Oversee Guest Laundry/Dry Cleaning, Laundry Shop, and Administration
- Conduct regular quality control inspections of department standards
- Inspect machinery for signs of wear and tear, and log any defects or maintenance requests
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in laundry operations or housekeeping
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
- Passion for developing others
- Eye for detail
