Job Description:
- Directly involved in the order-taking and placing process.
- Coordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service.
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and preparation methods.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
