Job Description:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
- Apply paint, varnish, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Perform touch-ups and minor repairs on painted surfaces.
- Plan and execute painting projects efficiently, adhering to schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for smooth project completion.
- Maintain painting equipment and tools in good condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Adapt to various work environments and weather conditions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Qualification in Trades Technician level or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques and materials.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and paint mixing.
- Ability to work safely at heights and use ladders properly.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
