Dubai RTA Honors 2,000+ Taxi Drivers for Honesty and Service

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has recognized 2,172 taxi drivers for their outstanding customer service and adherence to regulations.
This recognition comes under the “Road Ambassadors” initiative, aimed at motivating drivers to uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, including the return of lost items to passengers.

Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of RTA’s Public Transport Agency, highlighted that this program has fostered healthy competition among drivers and improved overall customer satisfaction.
