Your responsibilities:
- Responding to and resolving guest repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing preventive maintenance on various equipment, including tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment, and HVAC systems
- Conducting visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to ensure optimal performance
- Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of maintenance supplies and requisitioning parts as needed
- Communicating daily activities and any issues that arise to other shifts
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting
- Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is highly desirable
- A valid driver’s license
