Key Highlights:
- Prepare coffee and tea drinks following standard recipes and customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, handling orders and resolving inquiries
- Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is well maintained
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment and ordering
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, bar, or club environment
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
