Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by promptly running food orders to guests.
- Support both front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Adhere to brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations including HACCP and Food Safety protocols.
- Maintain professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy while working under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Flexibility in schedule and a task-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
