Airfares to Arab destinations have risen between 20% and 30%, with peak-day travel costs seeing increases of 40% to 60%.

Popular destinations include Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia, as many residents plan to return home for the celebrations.

Travel experts emphasize the importance of booking early to avoid steep price increases. For instance, a ticket that previously cost Dh500 could now exceed Dh1,000 if booked last minute.

Many travelers are opting for longer trips after Eid to maximize their budget, as flight prices are expected to drop following the holiday.

With airlines ramping up operations to accommodate the surge, travelers are advised to plan ahead to secure better deals and flexible options.
