Key Responsibilities
The Driver will be responsible for picking up and dropping off hotel guests at designated locations and times while ensuring a courteous and safe journey. Duties include:
- Operating and maintaining transportation vehicles.
- Assisting guests with luggage and packages.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
- Documenting customer usage and preparing trip reports.
- Coordinating with the Concierge and other departments to meet guest requests.
- Upholding high standards of customer service and guest relations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality and have 1-3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment. Familiarity with local roads and regulations is essential.
