Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests warmly according to high hospitality standards.
- Efficiently serving food and beverages with flair and courtesy.
- Having thorough knowledge of menu items, including allergens, and recommending food and beverage pairings.
- Upselling hotel promotions, especially in Food & Beverage.
- Assisting the team in maintaining cleanliness and service excellence.
- Handling cashier duties as assigned.
- Flexibility to perform other reasonable duties, including redeployment if needed.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
