The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Director of Engineering or Engineering Supervisor to maintain high standards of equipment and building operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing plant equipment such as chillers, air conditioning (AC), pumps, boilers, refrigeration units, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and maintaining accurate records.
- Organizing work schedules, conducting risk assessments, and managing suppliers and contractors.
- Participating in the hotel’s energy conservation program.
- Supervising maintenance teams and contractors, managing emergency call-outs, and supporting fire safety teams.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Skilled electrician with electrical maintenance knowledge.
- Proficient in English communication.
