Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests at the main entrance.
• Assist with luggage handling during arrivals and departures.
• Escort guests to and from their rooms.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Ensure proper handling and security of luggage with tag issuance and verification.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of luggage trolleys.
• Drive guests safely to destinations while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
• Coordinate transportation requests with the front desk.
• Assist with valet parking, package deliveries, and errands as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high hygiene and uniform standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bellman, driver, or in hospitality preferred.
• Valid Qatari driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Doha roads and local traffic laws.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to carry heavy luggage and stand for long periods.
• Basic English proficiency; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a proactive and helpful attitude.
