The service is accessible via the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s (MoHRE) website, its mobile app, and business service centers nationwide.
This project is designed to enhance the accuracy and authenticity of academic credentials used in hiring processes, thereby streamlining recruitment and reducing paperwork.
Khalil Al Khoori, Undersecretary of Labour Market and Emiratisation Operations at MoHRE, highlighted that this initiative will support the ministry’s regulatory efforts and improve hiring practices across the UAE.
Currently, employees are required to have their educational certificates attested to work in the UAE, a process that can take significant time.
The new service aims to expedite this verification, making it quicker and more efficient for both employers and employees.
The service will eventually extend to degrees issued within the UAE, further enhancing the verification process.
This initiative, launched in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, underscores the UAE’s commitment to maintaining high professional standards in its labor market.
