Eligible candidates include registered teachers, government and private sector employees, unemployed individuals, and students aged 15 to 18.

The application process varies based on the applicant’s category, requiring specific documents such as identification, certificates of good conduct, and medical fitness.

To apply, applicants must visit the MOHRE website, enter their Emirates ID, and select the relevant category.

The process is designed to be efficient, with applications typically processed within five working days. Once approved, the permit is valid for two years and can be renewed at no cost.

This new regulation is expected to enhance the quality of private tutoring in the UAE, providing a framework that ensures both safety and professionalism in the education sector.
