In the past three years, Etihad has already hired over 4,000 personnel, including pilots, cabin crew, and engineers.

This year, the airline aims to recruit 2,000 new employees, including frontline positions. During its inaugural career fair, Khutwaty 2025, thousands of young UAE nationals attended, showing strong interest in opportunities at the airline.

To manage the influx of applications, which can exceed 30,000 for cabin crew positions, Etihad is leveraging artificial intelligence technology to streamline processes like onboarding and selection.

This innovative approach aims to enhance efficiency in recruitment and support the airline’s ambitious growth plans.
