As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for performing dealership services on customer vehicles, ensuring repairs are executed promptly and to the highest standards.
Your work will contribute directly to workshop revenue by preventing repeat repairs and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled service repairs efficiently as per repair orders
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately
- Report additional repair needs with cost estimates
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area according to company standards
- Conduct final inspections following standard operating procedures
- Ensure zero repeat repairs and meet productivity targets
- Attend training courses and obtain certifications as required
- Follow safety protocols, especially when working with fuel systems

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or Engineering Qualification
- 2-3 years of experience as a Technician within an automotive dealership
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver customer-focused service
