Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
- Manage duty schedules and ensure proper grooming and appearance of team members.
- Oversee timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to service hours.
- Welcome and seat guests personally or through the hostess.
- Maintain professional and friendly relationships with patrons.
- Stay informed about menus, promotions, and other outlet-related updates.
- Help achieve and maximize monthly revenue targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; familiarity with Micros systems preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
- Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and result-driven attitude.
