Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate laundry operations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
- Manage and train laundry staff to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain accurate inventory of linens, uniforms, and supplies.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes for all laundered items.
- Ensure timely distribution of clean linens and uniforms to hotel departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet laundry needs efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze productivity reports, recommending improvements.
- Enforce safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for the laundry department.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in laundry operations within 4-5 star hotels.
- Proven supervisory experience in a laundry or housekeeping setting.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes.
- Strong understanding of chemical usage and safety protocols.
- Excellent inventory management and stock control skills.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing productivity reports.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English.
