Key role and responsibilities of the job:
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
- Recommend property facilities, F&B outlets and promotions and assist guests with information and special requests.
- Answer and filter calls and inquiries of guests and customers.
- Assist on reservation requests and update accurate information in the system.
- Knowledge and understanding of facilities to offer, services and promotions.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with telephone operating, reservation system, opera or a related system.
- Fluency in English; and Arabic speaker is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
